THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLY
PAYMENT OPTIONS
Registration may be made online. The following credit/debit cards are accepted: American Express, Visa or MasterCard. Credit card charges will be listed on your statement as payment to Washington School-Based Health Alliance.
CANCELLATIONS/SUBSTITUTIONS
No refunds will be given for cancellations of online registrations after April 25th. Requests for refunds received prior to April 25th will be subject to a $10 administrative fee. No refunds will be given for “no-shows” on the days of the event. If you are unable to attend you may submit information for a substitute attendee for your registration. REGISTRATION BINDING AGREEMENT
Registration constitutes a contract, and all these terms and conditions are binding on the parties. These terms and conditions shall apply in the case of any credit/debit card dispute.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Program subject to cancellation or change. If the program is cancelled the only liability of the Conference will be to refund the registration fee paid. The Conference shall have no liability regarding other costs. Registration completed online constitutes a binding agreement between the parties.
