Virtual webcast participation registration includes the live Internet feed from the conference as well as six months of continued archived Internet access, available 24/7.

Group Registration Instructions
When registering a group of attendees, as the registrar, please select the box if you are NOT attending the conference.  If you are attending and are the group contact, you can just enter your name into the first line #1 below that has Group Contact next to it.

If the group is paying with one invoice, select option "Single Group Payment" below.  At the end of the registration process, you can select to pay by check or credit card.  If you are paying by check, an invoice will be emailed to the Group Contact only with the other attendees receiving confirmations of registration.  If you are paying online with a credit card, you can pay online and after payment is processed, the Group Contact will receive a receipt and the other attendees will receive confirmation of registration.

If each attendee is paying individually, select "Invoice Individual Group Members" below. At the end of the registration process, you can select pay by check or credit card.  If you select to pay by check, each attendee will receive an email with how to pay for their registration, including the Group Contact. If you select to pay by credit card, you (as the Group Contact) can pay online directly now and have a receipt sent to you via email.  The other attendees will receive an email showing payment due.

If Paying By Check
Choose  "Pay by Check" option below.  An invoice will be emailed to you at the end of the registration process.  In order to hold your reservation and to receive any early registration discount rate you may be entitled to, you must pay within two (2) weeks of registering.

If Paying Online with Credit Card
Choose "Pay by Credit Card" option below and fill in the requested information.  Your credit card will be charged the amount due.  You will receive a receipt by email confirming your registration and payment.

A confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided. Please add reginfo@hcconferences.com to your safe email list to ensure you receive the email into your Inbox and check your Spam email folder if you have not received the email within 10 minutes.

The Congress's IT Department will contact each attendee by e-mail prior to the conference with instructions on how to access the live online webcast.
