* The HIPAA Summit is an approved Distance Learning Provider for PA MCLE.  As such the Summit will submit and pay for claimed CLE credits to PA MCLE for attorneys barred in Pennsylvania.  For all other attorneys barred in other states, the Summit will post a record of their attendance at the HIPAA Summit in the PA MCLE date bases and will issue a HIPAA Summit Certificate of Attendance that the attorney may self-report their participation to states seeking CLE credits. The HIPAA Summit does not guarantee that states will accept the Certificate of Attendance.

Payment

If Paying By Check or ACH
Choose  "Pay by Check or ACH" option below.  An invoice will be emailed to you at the end of the registration process.  In order to hold your reservation and to receive any early registration discount rate you may be entitled to, you must pay within two (2) weeks of registering.

If Paying Online with Credit Card
Choose "Pay by Credit Card" option below and fill in the requested information.  Your credit card will be charged the amount due.  You will receive a receipt by email confirming your registration and payment.

You may now apply for CLE credits for webcast participation at the Virtual Fortieth HIPAA Summit.

A confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided. Please add reginfo@hcconferences.com to your safe email list to ensure you receive the email into your Inbox and check your Spam email folder if you have not received the email within 10 minutes.

The Summit's IT Department will contact you by e-mail approximately one week prior to the conference with instructions on how to access the live online webcast.
