Payment

Paying for Entire Group with One Credit Card or Check
To Pay For Group By Check
Choose  "Pay by Check" option below.  An invoice will be emailed to you at the end of the registration process.  In order to hold your group reservation and to receive any early registration discount rates, you must pay within two (2) weeks of registering.

If Paying for Group Online with Credit Card
Choose "Pay by Credit Card" option below and fill in the requested information.  Your credit card will be charged the amount due.  You will receive a receipt by email confirming your registration and payment.

Payment amount below is the amount due for Group Contact/Attendee #1 or the entire group amount due.

Registration Confirmation 

Your group is now registered to participate in the virtual webcast of the 5th National Readmissions Summit, May 10-12, 2022.

A confirmation email will be sent to each email address you provided. Please add reginfo@hcconferences.com to the safe email list of each email to ensure receipt of the email and check Spam email folders if not received within 10 minutes.

The Summit's IT Department will contact each registrant by e-mail prior to the conference with instructions on how to access the live online webcast.
