Please note that you are purchasing access for one person to watch the webcast. It is not permissible to share your username and password with third parties or to permit others to watch the live broadcast with you. Username and password use is monitored to assure compliance. Payment
If Paying By Check or ACH
Choose  "Pay by Check or ACH" option below.  An invoice will be emailed to you at the end of the registration process.  In order to hold your reservation and to receive any early registration discount rate you may be entitled to, you must pay within two (2) weeks of registering.

If Paying Online with Credit Card
Choose "Pay by Credit Card" option below and fill in the requested information.  Your credit card will be charged the amount due.  You will receive a receipt by email confirming your registration and payment.

Registration Confirmation 

You are now registered for webcast participation to the 29th National HIPAA Summit, March 3-5, 2020.

A confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided. Please add registration@hcconferences.com to your safe email list to ensure you receive the email into your Inbox and check your Spam email folder if you have not received the email within 10 minutes.

The Summit's IT Department will contact you by e-mail approximately one (1) week prior to the conference with instructions on how to access the live online webcast.
