This registration site is for groups with 3 or more attendees who are attending onsite.

Onsite conference registration includes onsite attendance, professional networking,
and live interaction with the faculty for each group member registered.


Group Registration Instructions
When registering a group of attendees, as the person registering the group, please select the box if you are NOT attending the conference.  If you are attending and are the group contact, you can just enter your name as person #1 below that has Group Contact next to it.

If the group is paying with one invoice, select option "Single Group Payment" below.  At the end of the registration process, you can select to pay by check or credit card.  If you are paying by check, an invoice will be emailed to the Group Contact only with the other attendees receiving confirmations of registration.  If you are paying online with a credit card, you can pay online and after payment is processed, the Group Contact will receive a receipt and the other attendees will receive confirmation of registration.

If each attendee is paying individually, select "Invoice Individual Group Members" below. At the end of the registration process, you can select pay by check or credit card.  If you select to pay by check, each attendee will receive an email with how to pay for their registration, including the Group Contact. If you select to pay by credit card, you (as the Group Contact) can pay online directly now and have a receipt sent to you via email.  The other attendees will receive an email showing payment due.

The preconference provides you with access to the online CCSA™ certification examination. Upon your successful completion of the exam, you will be awarded the CCSA™ certification.

Payment
If Invoicing Individual Group Members
Each Attendee Paying By Check
If each attendee (including yourself) is paying by check, choose  "Pay by Check" option below.  An invoice will be emailed to all attendees at the end of the registration process.  In order to hold your reservation and to receive any early registration discount rate you may be entitled to, you must pay within two (2) weeks of registering.

Each Attendee Paying with Credit Card
If each attendee is paying by credit card, choose "Pay by Credit Card" option below and fill in the requested information for person #1 (the group contact person).  The person registering will be charged their amount due now and you will receive a receipt by email confirming your registration and payment.  The other attendees will receive an email with information how to pay for their registration by check or credit card.

If Paying for Entire Group with One Credit Card or Check
To Pay For Group By Check
Choose  "Pay by Check" option below.  An invoice will be emailed to you at the end of the registration process.  In order to hold your group reservation and to receive any early registration discount rates, you must pay within two (2) weeks of registering.

If Paying for Group Online with Credit Card
Choose "Pay by Credit Card" option below and fill in the requested information.  Your credit card will be charged the amount due.  You will receive a receipt by email confirming your registration and payment.

Payment amount below is the amount due for Group Contact/Attendee #1 or the entire group amount due.

Registration Confirmation 

Your group is now registered for onsite attendance at the 29th National HIPAA Summit, March 3-5, 2020 at the Hyatt Regency Crystal City in Arlington, VA.

A confirmation email will be sent to each email address you provided. Please add registration@hcconferences.com to the safe email list of each email to ensure receipt of the email and check Spam email folders if not received within 10 minutes.
